Made of 420 stainless steel. They won’t rust like the carbon steel ones from other manufacturers.
Vacuum kiln heated and air quenched. 300 deg tempered twice for the best combination of hardness and toughness.
The top surface and base surface are CNC milled with one milling cutter to minimize errors from the tooling change. Each shell holder is height checked by gauge, with a plus/minus half thou accuracy.
Designed to SAAMI standards.
The 6pcs set includes one ZERO DATUM piece with the industrial standard of 0.125in height gap, and +2,+4,+6,+8,+10 thou increment shell holders.
